Love CNX Guesthouse exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay in Chiang Mai. The wonderful treatment from the management team truly made my experience memorable. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, saving my belongings and even arranging for items I left elsewhere to be sent to me in Koh Samui promptly. The level of collaboration and care shown by the team was truly amazing!The guesthouse itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. The friendly host warmly welcomed us, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and water, along with access to a fridge and microwave. Our room was spacious and inviting, complete with a lovely balcony. The spotlessly clean bathrooms and powerful showers with adjustable temperatures added to the overall great experience.Situated ideally in the heart of Chiang Mai, Love CNX Guesthouse's location was superb, within walking distance to the night market and various dining options, as well as a 7/11 across the street. The attention to detail in the room, bathroom, and common areas was evident, and the cozy beds and efficient AC made for a comfortable stay. The provision of free drinking water, tea, and coffee further showcased the thought and effort put into making guests feel at home. This guesthouse truly stood out as one of the best places I've stayed at during my travels in Southeast Asia.The staff members were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and attentive, making sure my every need was met throughout my visit.
